Unhyde is a software tool that helps you review and understand your medical bills. We use AI to identify potential billing errors and generate dispute letters. Unhyde is not a law firm, a medical provider, or a licensed billing advocate. Nothing on this platform constitutes legal, medical, or financial advice.
What our analysis means
Bill analysis performed by Unhyde is AI-generated and based on common billing patterns. Flags and potential errors are starting points for your own review - not legal determinations. We make no guarantee that flagged items are errors or that disputes will be successful. Always consult a qualified professional for binding legal or financial guidance.
Your account
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must be 18 or older to use Unhyde. You agree to provide accurate information when creating your account and not to use the service for any unlawful purpose.
Your documents
You retain ownership of all documents you upload to Unhyde. By uploading, you grant us a limited license to process your documents solely for the purpose of providing the service. We do not claim ownership of your medical records or bill documents.
Subscriptions and billing
Paid plans are billed monthly. You may cancel at any time and retain access through the end of your billing period. We do not offer refunds for partial months. Prices may change with 30 days notice.
Limitation of liability
Unhyde is provided as-is. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, including outcomes of disputes filed using our generated letters.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated by email. Continued use of Unhyde after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance.
